The double room is separate from the main house overlooking the garden and the neighbours field, where sheep can be seen grazing alongside ducks, geese and chickens. The room is completely self- contained and so you are free to come and go as you please.

There is also a dining table in the room so you can enjoy your breakfast in comfort and privacy. Outside the room patio furniture is provided for you to enjoy the sunshine for breakfast or a cup of tea.

We have a private heated outdoor pool at the property. The pool does not form part of the bed and breakfast accommodation, but as it is located right outside the bed and breakfast room we allow guests to use the pool at our discretion.

Weather permitting it is usually available throughout the summer months. The pool is unsupervised and is used at guest’s own risk.

Guests are requested to bring their own towels to use around the pool.

Wildlife

Fox image
We have lots of wildlife visiting the garden such as badgers, foxes and pheasants. The wild birds are plentiful and some more unusual sightings have been the greater spotted woodpecker, buzzards, jays, long tailed tits and coal tits as well as the usual collection of visitors such as blue tits, great tits, robins and blackbirds.

Our own Ringmore Vean chickens will be arriving in Spring 2009 and we have plans to develop the pond area to house some ducks.
